Acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Manufactured in Italy by La Rustichella, this rich pate is made from a blend of premium Italian Black truffles, mushrooms and olive oil. Important : Once open, please use a clean utensil to scoop, make sure the remaining truffle sauce is covered with sunflower oil and keep in refrigerator. Consume within 30 days. Sunflower oil protects the black truffle sauce from mold. After 30 days, please store it in freezer.
