How to track my order?
To know more information on your order status, you may refer to below steps:
Step 1: Click on “Account” at the top right-hand corner
Step 2: On this page, you will able to access all the orders you have previously made. You may click on “View All Orders” or “To Receive” to check your order.
It will take how long for me to receive my order?
Delivery for all orders from the Company is only valid within Malaysia ONLY. Delivery to Customer(s) is made to homes or offices with valid addresses.
After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame (except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays):
Klang Valley : 1 to 3 working days
Non-Klang Valley : 2 to 5 working days
East Malaysia : 5 to 7 working days
Due to unpredictable circumstances, there are possibilities of delay in delivery. Please check your delivery update in your Wise Spend Mall account.
Can my orders be delivered to overseas addresses?
Currently, orders are only available for delivering within Malaysia only.
Can I exchange the product that I’ve purchased?
All products sold are not allowed for exchange.
What is the Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is auto-calculated and is visible once you have selected the item(s) you intend to purchase in “My Card” prior to Checkout.
Note: Some seller will offer free shipping promotion by setting a minimum spending value.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?
There is not allowed to change the address after the order has been placed.
REFUND/ CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges being applied. But if the product is packed and shipped, no cancellation is allowed.

Please take note that the processing time of your refund will depend on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
